Billie Mae Richards, the voice of CBS's classic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, passed away on Wednesday at the age of 88. Awwww. RIP, Rudolph.

Before I forget -- you know how I was whining about there being no community on LJ to honor my current favorite fictional character, Lisbeth Salander, or the universe she comes from, THE MILLENNIUM TRILOGY by Stieg Larsson? Well, I decided to do what I usually do, and MAKE ONE. If you're a fan, or a NON-fan who would like to debate or discuss (calmly, thank you), please come on by. I suspect traffic will get heavier once the American versions of the movies come out... but you guys know how I feel about that. LOL

It's kind of sad today that a soap that I've watched for as long as I can remember is going off the air. Yes, sad, even though it's gotten increasingly stupid over the years. *sniffle*

Oh, and in another of my soaps (the last one, now) I TOTALLY CALLED the big twist ending. Which, I know, isn't really hard when it comes to soaps. There's only so many in existence, and they get rotated in and out as needed. But hey, give me a break, huh? LOL
