Holy shit! Rick Springfield is on The View. I used to LOVELOVELOVE him when I was a kid. Seriously. Love. He was one of my absolute pre-teen heartthrobs. Him and Shawn Cassidy and Rex Smith. Then Matt Dillon, then Jon Bon Jovi. Then I discovered actual real life boys, and well... I didn't re-discover my inner geek until much later in life, as you guys know. *G*

Anyway, hearing Rick talk about his terrible struggle with depression is sort of inspiring. You never really think about your childhood heroes having the same issues as you do, you know? I mean, unless you write fanfic about them. ;)
