TEEEEEVEEEEEE!
I want to post stuff, but I don't really have much to say! I mean, some of my shows have started, and True Blood ended, but all I have to comment about those right now are things like: "OMG!" and "Ooh!" "It was great!" "It was meh!" Etc.
Sons of Anarchy - Gonna get hairier, but I don't have any real comments yet. Beyond Jax being freaking hot.
Gossip Girl - - OMG! Bass not only dumped his own identity, but he's dating Fleur Delacour! Blair is so totally not going to be happy about that. I loved what happened to her with the prince. And just for the record, I too love Monet, I don't care what anyone says. I don't know how I feel about the other storylines yet, except that I CAN'T BE HAPPY ENOUGH THAT TAYLOR MOMSEN IS GONE AND I HOPE SHE STAYS THAT WAY! Funniest word? GEORGINA (rhyming with "VAGINA"). Get it? Which, ew. I was going to say I can't believe that psycho bitch dumped the baby (who I don't believe for a minute is Lonely Boy's), but I totally do completely believe it. We'll see what happens.
Terriers - I love Donal Logue. He's all scruffy and down on his luck. That's all I need to know. I fear it's not long for this world, but so far I like it.
Vampire Diaries - W00t! W00t! Somerhalder never stops getting sexier. Is he just going to burst into flames someday, ring or no? It's on, folks!
I feel like there's stuff I'm forgetting, but I know it's early in the season yet. I am happy to announce that I seem to be over my summer reality disease for the most part (some of the terrible symptoms include wondering who are the worst examples of people from New Jersey: the Shore skanks, or the Psycho Hag Housewives). I'm watching Master Chef tonight, but I don't really care about, say, Herpes Pad (I mean "Bachelor Pad") or any of the other crap I couldn't stop myself from watching while nothing else was on. I mean, my sub-basic cable even lose MTV2! Which was, like, the coolest channel I used to get.
Currently, I'm watching The Wire for the first time. I just finished the first season, and I'm really enjoying it. Also liked the first season of Rizzoli & Isles -- does anybody know if it got renewed for next year, because as much as I love the characters, I fear the format getting dusty kind of quickly. BUT THAT CLIFFHANGER! UGH! I hate those. I MUST KNOW WHAT HAPPENS!
As far as True Blood goes... I really need to re-watch the last few episodes before I can comment. Do I still need to do spoiler cuts? If they had killed Eric, I would have freaking gotten on a plane and hunted down Alan Ball and done "BAD THINGS" to him! Seriously, he'd be on my shit list right below Fucking Whedon. But, he saved his own ass and added several cool points to Eric as well. Eric is such a bastard, I love that. And yet I know he feels something for Sookie (though why totally escapes me). Also glad Pam survived. Can't wait to see where Jesus/LaLa goes, though I suspect nowhere good. And how awesome was Tara's new hair? More on this when I watch it again, because I want to complain about Jason and Sam's lameass storylines.
What are your thoughts on your viewing season thus far?
